I’ve had the opportunity to work with diverse communities in roles where I was invited to serve as a leader in community-based, educational, health care and social justice settings for 15 years.

During this time, I have enhanced and broadened my skills in program development, strategic planning, community engagement, program evaluation, policy creation and execution, team building that fosters a culture of care, and capacity building.

I specialize in offering workshops, group facilitation, training, curriculum development, method specific supervision, team retreats, team debriefs and consulting services to organizations and spaces dedicated to social justice, community empowerment, autonomy, and the implementation of trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and decolonial practices. I weave my leadership experience, the teachings offered to me in those spaces and lived experience to offer my consulting services emphasizing compassion, creativity, accountability and nourishment. 

Over the years, I have continued to support a variety of teams, including those working within Indigenous leadership structures, educators, school districts, health authorities, post-secondary institutions, legal and justice professionals, primary health care providers, unions and foundations.
